Patra: A charge of 4.50 euros for payment by deposit in a bank account, credit or debit card.
Rest of Greece & Islands: A charge of 6.50 euros for payment by deposit in a bank account, credit or debit card
Inaccesible Areas: A charge of 9.50 euros for payment by deposit in a bank account, credit or debit card
In case you have chosen the method of payment by cash on delivery then the charge of cash on delivery within the city is 5.50 euros.

DELIVERY PERIOD
The shipping is made immediately after the confirmation of your order and the delivery to the customer takes place within 2-3 working days. *

Each order is executed after the confirmation of the deposit of money. Your deposit may not be immediately "visible" in the information we receive from the bank, in which case a slight delay is possible.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS
CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to cancel your order within one working day, if and if the product has not already been sent by us and in any case by contact or email info@veltsistasjewellery.gr or by phone at +302610226909, Monday to Saturday (09.00-14.00).
ORDER RETURN
Please note that there are NO refunds.

In case of incorrect choice of product or design, the customer is charged with the return and shipping costs.
Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer in case he exercises the right of withdrawal. The returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents which accompanied the product (eg retail receipt).
